Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion
Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods
Ability to develop and maintain project schedules
Experience conducting client meetings and maintaining client relationships
Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Knowledge of change order management and cost control procedures
Ability to coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Ability to travel to project sites as required
Valid driver's license
