Job Details

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance

Coordinate with internal teams including development, construction, and property management

Lead communication with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Review and manage contracts, drawings, and specifications

Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements

Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on progress and risks

Identify and resolve project challenges proactively

Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects

Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and leadership skills
