Job Details

5+ years of construction project management experience
Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects
Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control
Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination
Experience working with project management software (Procore or similar)
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
