Summary

Location: MN-Saint Paul

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Project/Program Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Facilitating Scrum Events:

Organize and lead key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure these meetings are productive and that all team members participate effectively

Removing Impediments:

Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress

Address issues that may delay project timelines or affect team morale

Coaching and Mentoring:

Act as coaches for the Scrum team, help members understand and implement Agile principles and practices

Guide the team in self-management and cross-functionality

Collaboration with Product Owner:

Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and transparent to all team members and stakeholders

Continuous Improvement:

Foster an environment of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to inspect and adapt their processes and workflows regularly

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field

8-10 years of experience

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time

Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback

Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Apple IOS

SQL experience

PMI or PMP certification

MBA or other related advanced degree

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
