Job Role: AI Full Stack Developer (GenAI / LLM Focus) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Only Local Candidates Contract |
Core Expectations:
- Proven experience in LLM / GenAI integration in real applications
- Strong API development and backend engineering expertise
- Ability to design and clearly explain system architecture(not just implementation)
- Practical experience with:
- Prompt engineering
- AI workflows (LangChain, agents, tool integrations)
- Observability, feedback loops, and AI evaluation
- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- 5+ yearsof software development (backend + frontend)
- Strong experience in Python / Java / .NET (Python highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience building LLM/GenAI applications (production or strong POCs)
- Experience with:
- REST API development
- React or modern frontend frameworks
- Practical experience with:
- LangChain / LangGraph / agent frameworks
- Prompt engineering & tool/function calling
- Strong understanding of:
- AI system design & architecture
- Model integration patterns (RAG, APIs, agents)
- Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing
Nice-to-Have (Highly Preferred) Experience building internal CoPilot or AI assistants Knowledge of AI observability: o Prompt/version tracking o Model evaluation metrics |
Experience designing AI interaction UX
