Job Description:

The Workday project involves implementing confidential job requisitions and candidate functionality within Workday Recruiting.

The resource will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical requirements.

They will also be configuring and optimizing business processes, security frameworks, document templates, and notifications to support confidential hiring needs while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, specifically with confidential requisitions and candidate configurations

Deep experience with Workday business process framework and notification configuration

Strong knowledge of Workday security (domain, business process, and user-based security)

Proven experience supporting Workday implementations or enhancements in recruiting modules

Ability to work independently and partner effectively with HR and technical teams
