Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end product delivery, change management, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to drive release management, optimize delivery processes, and report on performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, feasibility decisions, and performance reporting.
- Escalate opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Drive change management activities across functional partners while ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and partners.
- Coordinate cross-platform and cross-functional collaboration for solution definition and execution.
- Provide metrics tracking and analytics for large-scale program progress.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area, or equivalent expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery with a track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
- Technical proficiency in JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading cross-functional programs at scale.
- Background in metrics-driven delivery management and stakeholder communications.
