Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire an
Agility Project Manager within its
Product Operations org. This role will support a portfolio of cross-functional product teams and play a critical role in scaling Agile practices beyond the team level. This position goes beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities and focuses heavily on coaching leaders, connecting Agile practices to product performance, and enabling transformation at scale.

Duration: 6-month contract
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $55-59/hour
Position OverviewAs a Product Agility Lead, you will serve as a champion of Agile transformation across a collection of product teams within the Operations organization. You will partner with Business and Technology leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivery excellence. This role requires strong influencing capabilities, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and operational improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Influence and coach across multiple cross-functional product teams (5-12 teams per area product)
- Provide coaching above the team level, including Business and Technology leaders
- Drive standardization of Agile practices across teams while allowing for appropriate flexibility
- Connect Agile methodologies directly to business outcomes, product delivery, and operational performance
- Use data analytics and agility metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement short- and mid-term transformation plans aligned to quarterly objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and promote buy-in across complex organizational structures
- Collaborate with other Agile leaders to scale solutions across multiple product areas
- Communicate organizational impediments to senior leadership and recommend actionable solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of Lean/Agile best practices, policies, and frameworks
Requirements Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience coaching teams and leaders on Agile methodologies
- Experience coaching beyond the team level (not limited to Scrum Master responsibilities)
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean and Agile transformation initiatives
- Experience with Jira and Jira Align
- Advanced knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, scaling frameworks)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights
- Exceptional influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments with high emotional intelligence
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications- Experience coaching multiple teams across product portfolios
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments
- Scrum Master and/or Agile coaching certifications (ICAgile or equivalent preferred)
