Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud-native services, serverless architecture, container orchestration, and event-driven application development.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and leading scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud-based solutions using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of AWS cloud-native applications.

  • Design and develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda.

  • Build and orchestrate complex workflows using AWS Step Functions.

  • Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Amazon EKS (Kubernetes).

  • Implement event-driven architectures using Amazon EventBridge.

  • Establish best practices for scalability, security, performance, monitoring, and reliability.

  • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and guide development teams.

  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.

  • Expertise in AWS Step Functions and workflow orchestration.

  • Strong experience with Amazon EKS and Kubernetes.

  • Experience designing event-driven architectures using Amazon EventBridge.

  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and distributed systems.

  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Experience with CloudWatch, IAM, networking, and AWS security best practices.
