Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

12+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or program management

Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules

Strong project management & cross group collaboration skills

Prior experience with agile methodologies

Solid understanding of the current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep into based on need

Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment

Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

Strong experience in Project Management Information systems including but not limited to Jira and Confluence
