Description Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized Contract Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of their annual holiday event.
Key Responsibilities Manage all planning phases for a 300+ person corporate holiday event from April through December.
Coordinate closely with pre-selected vendors, including:
- Hotel/venue team (contract already signed)
- Custom dcor provider
- Florist
Maintain and update large, detailed project spreadsheets including budgets, timelines, and task lists.
Use Monday.com to track progress, deliverables, and communication.
Ensure flawless onsite execution-this role must be present from setup through teardown on December 5.
Provide proactive communication to internal stakeholders and vendors to keep all tasks on schedule.
Requirements Demonstrated experience managing large-scale corporate events of similar size (300+ attendees).
Highly efficient, confident project manager with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communicator who can drive timelines, coordinate vendors, and keep internal teams aligned.
Proficient with Monday.com.
Preferred Background Prior experience supporting HR, Employee Engagement, or People Ops teams.
Strong vendor management skills with the ability to jump into an in-flight project.
Experience owning events end-to-end, including budget tracking and onsite management.
