Description
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising strategies onsite in Long Beach 20 hours week. This role requires a strong understanding of paid media channels, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. As part of a long-term contract, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and emerging media channels.
Optimize digital advertising strategies to maximize return on investment and meet performance goals.
Create and oversee social media content tailored to specific campaign objectives.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging display and digital media assets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to implement innovative media strategies.
Monitor budget allocations and ensure campaigns remain within financial parameters.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align media strategies with broader marketing goals.
Research and incorporate earned media opportunities to complement paid campaigns.
Evaluate the effectiveness of media strategies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management or a related field.
Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other social media tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Google Analytics 4 and other performance tracking tools.
Knowledge of digital media, including display, emerging, and earned media.
Proven experience in creating and implementing media strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and analytical abilities to present findings and recommendations.
