Job Summary

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow with a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementation, development, and architecture.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions aligned with enterprise and telecom environments.
• Strong experience mapping risks, controls, policy requirements, and compliance objectives to CMDB entities, including business services, applications, infrastructure components, and CSDM-aligned service relationships.
• Deep knowledge of risk lifecycle management, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, treatment, exception management, and continuous monitoring.
• Expertise in control design, control testing, compliance assessments, issue remediation, and audit lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow GRC/IRM with ITSM, Security Operations (SecOps), CMDB, monitoring platforms, identity management systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience designing and implementing automated workflows for risk assessments, policy attestations, compliance activities, audits, and remediation processes.
• Strong expertise in Performance Analytics, dashboards, risk heatmaps, KPI reporting, and executive-level reporting.
• Knowledge of data governance, role-based access controls (RBAC), audit trails, compliance reporting standards, and platform security best practices.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to support effective risk and compliance mapping.
• Experience creating automated test frameworks, performing unit testing, and providing ongoing maintenance and support for deployed GRC applications.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance standards, platform architecture principles, and upgrade-safe design practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution design, and technical reviews.
• Design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script sIncludes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules using out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing customizations.
• Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Define architecture standards, governance models, implementation roadmaps, and design guidelines for ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Partner with business, application, security, risk, compliance, and technology teams to design enterprise-scale solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, business analysts, and project teams.
• Guide solution design decisions and promote adoption of ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards.
