Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong Healthcare domain experience to lead complex initiatives and drive Agile delivery. Experience with Medicare and Eligibility & Benefits is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
Remove impediments and ensure on-time delivery
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders
Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)

Required Qualifications

7+ years Project Management experience
3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments
Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
PMP and/or CSM certification required
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
