Job Title: Enterprise Imaging Systems Analyst
Work Location: 100% Remote in the US

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Our client is a major public healthcare provider, providing the highest quality care to underserved populations. Their footprint covers 2 primary hospitals and over 30 clinical locations; but they are expanding! This role is open because of a new hospital and several clinics that require Enterprise Radiology, Cardiology and Ancillary imaging services.
This individual will be joining a team as an Imaging Systems Analyst, participating in the design and implementation of workflows for Radiology and Cardiology imaging software, which covers Fuji Synapse PACS, Agfa PACS (Cardiology), and a number of third party modality imaging applications (DynaCAD, TeraRecon, Viewpoint, etc).
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- no on-call responsibility
- Working collaboratively in a remote setting
- 70% of the time - participating in the design, configuration and testing for all Enterprise Imaging Software - covering both Radiology and Cardiology Workflows
- This role will be juggling various implementation projects, in different phases of lifecycle, at the same time - often handling 2-3 imaging build projects concurrently
- 30% of the time - taking imaging tickets from ServiceNow, and triaging / resolving complex imaging software issues
- This role will be an active participant in the clinical workflow design process for both PACS and 3rd party modality applications - prior build / design experience is required (at least 2 years)
- Products will include Fuji Synapse, Agfa IMPAX, Epic EHR and PowerScribe Dictation with a number of 3rd party Imaging Applications spread across Radiology / Cardiology modalities - like DynaCAD, iCad, Viewpoint, and a portfolio of other applications used across Ultrasound, MRI and NucMed Modalities.
- This role will also be creating / managing documentation to coach and train clinical professionals on the product workflows.
- At times, this role may include travel on-site during larger and more complex go-lives, in order to provide dedicated elbow support for physicians and cardiologists who are using the new build.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Required 3-5 years mid-level experience working as a PACS / Imaging Analyst
- Some prior build / design experience on an Imaging Implementation is required (at least 2 years)
- Clinical Certifications are a plus - but not required: ARRT, RCIS, RCS, CCI, etc
- Project Management and Organization skills - the ability to multi-task and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
- Strong Analytical troubleshooting abilities
- Experienced across either Radiology or Cardiology workflows
- Hands-on PACS experience (Fuji, Agfa)
