Pay rate : $44 - $47/hr on W2
Duration : 6+ Months
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+yrs.
"This role is about designing a reusable automation framework where AI agents handle most of the coding, execution, and reporting across UI and API layers.
Most test scripts are generated and maintained by AI agents, not manually written
Automation coverage reflects real customer journeys, not just happy paths
Test execution and reporting are fully integrated with JIRA, with minimal human intervention
Framework is reusable, scalable, and adopted across teams
Role and Responsibility
· Design and build a scalable automation framework that supports both UI and API testing
· Enable AI-assisted and AI-generated test scripting using tools like GitHub Copilot and other Dev AI platforms
· Develop automation for end-to-end customer journeys, not just isolated test cases
· Implement agent-based workflows where AI generates, maintains, and optimizes test scripts
· Ensure the framework is modular, reusable, and easy to extend across teams and products
· Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
· Build mechanisms for AI agents to log, update, and manage test results in JIRA, mapped to user stories
· Continuously improve test coverage using intelligent test generation and self-healing automation
· Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to align automation with real user scenarios
