Position: Privacy Operations Project Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote in USA
Pay Range: $60-68 on hourly basis

Project Overview:
Responsibilities

Validate and assess third-party vendors
Evaluate each vendor’s readiness for Data Subject Rights (DSR) integrations
Apply a risk-based framework to prioritize vendors (High / Medium / Low)
Gather and document required technical, legal, and operational details from vendors and internal stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams
Create and maintain a vendor backlog with clear requirements and prioritization
Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple vendors and initiatives
Support ongoing process improvements related to vendor onboarding and privacy compliance

Skills

2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or similar roles
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Security)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Able to operate independently and drive work forward
Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments
Experience with privacy, data protection, or compliance programs (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Familiarity with Data Subject Rights (DSR) workflows or tooling
Comfort working with engineering teams and translating requirements into actionable backlog items
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
