Position:- Instructional Designer
Location:- Peoria, IL (Relocation is ok)
W2 ONLY
Skills Required:-
1. 3+ years Instructional Design experience
2. 2+ years experience designing and developing engaging eLearning courses using Articulate 360 (RISE) and other instructional design tools
3. 2+ years experience creating learning assets including eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and blended learning solutions
4. 2+ years experience collaborating directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and learning consultants
5. Proven experience publishing and maintaining training content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning, DPC, or similar enterprise platforms
6. Experience managing multiple instructional design projects simultaneously
7. Strong portfolio demonstrating instructional design best practices including adult learning principles, visual design, multimedia development, and learner engagement strategies
8. Experience supporting large enterprise organizations with employee, dealer, or customer learning programs Instructional design
9.Experience with #LMS platforms and multimedia tools
Subject matter collaboration
10. Strong project management, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to simplify complex topics
