Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect with strong expertise in the healthcare domain, specifically in Product Configurator Specialist (PCS). The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of complex insurance product architectures, focusing on healthcare plans and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of Pega-based healthcare solutions, focusing on Product Configurator (PCS) for plan design and benefit management
Define and implement hierarchical product structures, reusable benefit components, and rule-based variations across healthcare lines of business
Design integration patterns to synchronize product data with external systems such as Claims Engines (e.g., Facets/QNXT), CRM, and enrollment platforms using REST/SOAP services
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, healthcare compliance standards, and HIPAA regulations
Conduct code reviews, enforce guardrail compliance, and perform performance tuning for scalability and high availability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (mandatory)
Extensive experience with Pega Product Configurator for Healthcare (PCS)
Strong knowledge of Pega Healthcare Industry Foundation (HCIF)
Advanced expertise in Pega Infinity 8.x, including class structure design, data modeling, case management, and security models
Proven experience in healthcare payer domain, including plan/benefit modeling, rating, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading at least two full lifecycle PCS implementations for a healthcare payer
Hands-on experience with Pega Deployment Manager and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR and EDI
Experience leading distributed teams in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments
