Role: Pega Decisioning Architect – Telecom & Martech
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role: Tech strategy, decisioning strategy, and execution.
Role Description: Clear understanding of Pega decisioning, telecom and Martech strategy, and a strong skillset in taking business requirements and translating them to technical development.
Necessary skills: Personable and able to run a meeting with stakeholders in a structured way, able to write Jira stories that can be translated into development code, familiar with Pega.
Nice to have: Experience in working in decisioning with large enterprise and public sector customers, preference to have worked in the telecom space, or even better a past history at Verizon.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years of Decisioning experience
- Lead Design and develop decisioning Strategies.
- Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.
- Design and manage ADM and predictive models.
- Develop Next Best Action Strategies.
- Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead.
- Responsible to make sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.
- Should be working closely with QA team to ensure the changes are tested properly.
- Act as a mentor to junior resources.
- Experience with Pega PRPC technologies.
- Experience working on Pega DSM (Decision Management).
- Experience on the ADM and predictive models
- Certifications : CSA/CPDC/CPMC/CSPMC
- Nice to have understanding of Inbound marketing.
- Good understanding of the Strategies and the proposition management.
