Job Title: Pega Business Architect – Business & Martech Strategist
Remote (Need to go client location once or twince in a month as required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Pega Business Architect with a strong foundation in marketing technology (Martech) strategy to bridge business needs and technical solutions. This role involves driving customer-centric transformation by leveraging Pega capabilities to design, optimize, and implement marketing and business processes.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, translate them into scalable Pega solutions, and align Martech initiatives with overall business goals. You will play a key role in customer journey design, decisioning strategies, campaign optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Pega-based solutions
Design customer journeys and decision strategies aligned with Martech goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and product
Drive process optimization and ensure alignment with business KPIs
Support implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub and related tools
Provide strategic insights on Martech trends and digital transformation

Key Skills:

Strong experience with Pega platform (especially CDH/Marketing)
Expertise in Martech strategy and customer engagement
Business analysis and stakeholder management
Customer journey mapping and decisioning frameworks
Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance

Preferred Qualifications:

Pega Business Architect certification
Experience in digital marketing platforms and CRM systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
