We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect who brings a strong blend of Pega platform expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving large-scale transformation programs, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs using the Pega platform
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to define strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes
• Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and backlog grooming in alignment with business objectives
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and Pega solutions
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and design thinking sessions
• Support solution design with a strong understanding of Pega capabilities and best practices
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working as a Pega Business Architect / Functional Consultant
• Proven track record in leading or contributing to large-scale transformation programs
• Deep understanding of business process management (BPM) and Pega platform capabilities
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management
• Ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders and leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega certifications (e.g., Certified Business Architect - PCBA)
• Experience across industries (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.)
• Exposure to process transformation, automation, and digital strategy initiatives
