Job Title: SAP IS-U Development Analyst

Location: Remote (U.S.) with up to 25% travel

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP IS-U Development Analyst on behalf of our client in the United States. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong ABAP expertise and deep experience in SAP IS-U, who can contribute to large-scale utility transformation initiatives. The position involves hands-on development, system integration, and performance optimization in a dynamic, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RICEFW objects within SAP IS-U

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with functional teams

• Develop and enhance ABAP objects including SmartForms, IDocs, BAPIs, User Exits, and Enhancements

• Support system integrations using SAP PI/PO, CPI, or SAP BTP Integration Suite

• Optimize system performance and ensure adherence to SAP development standards

• Assist with data migration, validation, and testing (SIT/UAT phases)

• Provide production support, including defect resolution and post-go-live activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as architects, QA, and business stakeholders

• Contribute to technical documentation and reusable development components

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U development experience

• Strong expertise in ABAP programming

• Experience with key IS-U modules such as FICA, Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, and Work Management

• Integration experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, or SAP Cloud Integration Suite

• Solid understanding of IS-U data models and technical architecture

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S/4HANA Utilities or RISE with SAP

• Familiarity with BOL/GenIL and SAP UI5/Fiori extensions

• Experience with BRF+, OData services, and workflow enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
