Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, hands-on development, and guidance to the Salesforce team while ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development and implementation initiatives

• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

• Architect and implement Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, CPQ, Forecasting, and Automation

• Develop and manage Marketing Cloud solutions:

  • Journey Builder

  • Automation Studio

  • Email Studio

  • Contact Builder

  • AMPscript & SQL

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes

• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, SOQL, SOSL

• Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and customization

• Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development

• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools

• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits

• Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance

• Salesforce certifications (preferred):

  • Platform Developer I / II

  • Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Marketing Cloud Consultant

Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ

• DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Git)

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
