We are seeking a Product Owner to drive product development, adoption, and expansion for one or more products within the Mobile Application development space. This role is responsible for the full product lifecycle, from developing a product vision through user research to ensuring successful delivery. The position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of mobile frameworks, Copilot, and Prompt Engineering, who can lead teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear vision for the product, conducting user research with external and internal partners to define client problems and opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of mobile application products, including the underlying frameworks, technical details, and data.
- Lead product delivery, manage teams, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize a deep understanding of Copilot and Prompt Engineering to guide product strategy and development.
- Communicate effectively across different levels of the organization, presenting complex information and facilitating workshops.
- Manage project priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met within a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with business, cross-functional, and technology teams to drive optimal business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical product owner or business analyst role within a project-based environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading people and delivering products is also required.
Technical Skills: A strong understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies is necessary, with working experience in agile tools like Jira. Candidates must be fluent in technology and have strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies. A deep understanding of Copilot and Prompt Engineering is mandatory.

- Understanding of the Mobile Applications space and its role for internal and external users.
- Experience with UI/UX design and in the Fintech industry.
- Experience working directly with technology teams.
- Previous experience with Agile software development practices.
- Strong data literacy and an analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- A business-centric mindset with the ability to exercise sound judgment to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating effectively across business areas.
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week on-site in Charlotte, NC, beginning from the first day of employment.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $61.37 per hour. This role is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity. Resources who require sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for this position.
