.Net Developer with MS SQL and Node JS

Position: .Net Developer with MS SQL and Node JS Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, MS SQL Server, Node.js, and AI/ML development to build scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with healthcare systems and a strong understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level healthcare applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js
Work extensively with MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning
Build and integrate AI/ML models for healthcare use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, patient insights, automation)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, clinicians, and data engineers
Ensure application compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards
Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend development
Strong experience in MS SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Optimization)
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs)
Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Understanding of healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems
Knowledge of data privacy laws (HIPAA compliance)
Exposure to big data technologies is a plus
Certifications in Azure / AI / Healthcare IT are an advantage

AI-Specific Responsibilities:
Develop intelligent solutions such as:
Clinical decision support systems
Medical data classification and prediction models
NLP-based healthcare document processing
Integrate AI services into existing .NET and Node.js applications
Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data
