Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 (Sourcer)

Location: Fully Remote (EST Hours)

Client: Aerospace and defense company

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $60/hr on w2

Shift: EST Core Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 9/80 Schedule

Key Requirements

·       Only Sourcing profiles (No Recruiter resumes).

·       2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.

·       Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using:

o   LinkedIn Recruiter

o   HireEZ

o   SeekOut

o   Juicebox

o   Clearance Jobs

o   Indeed

o   Boolean/X-Ray Search

·       Experience sourcing technical talent (Software, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineers) and non-technical roles (Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Production).

·       Experience sourcing cleared candidates.

·       Conduct phone screens and maintain candidate relationships.

·       Strong CRM/ATS and sourcing data management experience.

·       Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build sourcing strategies.

·       ship is mandatory.

 

Preferred:

·       Agency + Corporate recruiting experience.

·       Aerospace & Defense hiring experience.

·       Boolean & X-Ray Search

·       Technical sourcing
