RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Slate Administrator in Boca Raton, FL.

Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Slate Administrator to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Technolutions Slate CRM platform supporting graduate admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, and student success initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the Technolutions Slate CRM environment supporting graduate admissions and enrollment operations
* Design, implement, and enhance workflows, forms, portals, communication campaigns, decision letters, rules, and event management processes
* Collaborate with admissions staff, academic departments, IT teams, and other stakeholders to improve recruitment and admissions processes
* Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for the Slate platform
* Manage user setup, permissions, security roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and system configurations
* Develop and maintain reports, queries, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
* Manage relationships with implementation consultants, vendors, and technical partners, including support for integrations with SIS and external systems
* Ensure data integrity, data quality, and compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations
* Analyze business processes and recommend scalable solutions and best practices for Slate utilization
* Lead future system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives
* Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides while providing training and ongoing support to staff and stakeholders
* Participate in cross-functional projects and perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Higher Education Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
* Hands-on experience administering and configuring Technolutions Slate CRM
* Experience supporting admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, or higher education operations
* Experience creating reports, dashboards, queries, forms, portals, and communication campaigns
* Experience managing user security, permissions, and role-based access controls
* Strong knowledge of CRM administration, workflow development, business process analysis, and system optimization
* Knowledge of data management, data integrity practices, and system integration concepts
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, training, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
