Data Engineer - MarTech

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Engineer - MarTech in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions to support business and operational needs
* Build and manage data pipelines, integrations, and workflows for efficient data processing and delivery
* Create and maintain data models, datasets, and reporting structures to support analytics and decision-making
* Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data initiatives, system enhancements, and business objectives
* Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for data management and governance
* Support compliance, security, and privacy requirements related to data handling
* Provide project updates, status reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in a data engineering, data management, or related technical role
* Experience building and supporting data pipelines, databases, data warehouses, or cloud-based data platforms
* Experience working with large datasets and data processing technologies
* Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data quality best practices
* Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles
* Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or similar
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, or modern data technologies preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
