Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the administration and optimization of a Vendor Management System (VMS), with a focus on Beeline. This role serves as the primary point of contact for system operations, integrations, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced HR Technology environment.

Responsibilities:
* Lead administration and support of the VMS platform (Beeline)
* Serve as SME and primary contact for system issues, troubleshooting, and escalations
* Manage ticket queues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
* Monitor integrations, identify failures, and drive issue resolution
* Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments
* Gather requirements and support updates to workflows and integrations
* Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
* Maintain system documentation (SOPs, BRDs, integration docs)
* Create and deliver training materials and support onboarding of new users
* Partner with IT and business stakeholders on system enhancements

Reporting and Data:
* Manage data imports and ensure data integrity and compliance
* Audit system data and maintain accuracy
* Develop and maintain operational and executive reports/dashboards
* Translate business needs into reporting solutions (ad hoc and scheduled)
* Support reporting tools and promote self-service capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in HR Technology or system administration
* Strong experience with VMS platforms (Beeline preferred)
* Experience with integrations and tools such as Boomi or AWS
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
