One of our clients is looking for the position of Business Analyst based on following skills:
Interview: On site
Position: Onsite Monday-Friday
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding and experience in the development and documentation of business requirements and related tools. Preference will be given to those with proficiency in Salesforce, as well as familiarity with professional licensure workflows and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represents clients to ensure business needs are accurately defined and concisely documented as business requirements that are clearly stated and can be specifically tested.
· Participates in prioritization and releases lotting activities in accordance with program procedures and methodologies.
· Understands the business needs and priorities of clients through the establishment and maintenance of professional relationships and attention to detail.
· Supports clients in a timely and professional manner with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
· Supports team members to balance work efforts.
· Understands and interprets functional and technical design documents to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
· Supports clients in user acceptance testing activities including but not limited to the development and execution of appropriate user test cases.
The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
