Business Analyst 2
Primary Location: Columbus, OH
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst 2 for our premier client in Columbus, OH.
Knowledge and Skills:
- knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role 5
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation standards.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Validation
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Process Improvement & Mentorship
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices.
