Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and support successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with requirements management tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.

This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting solution validation, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving process improvement initiatives across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation
  Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
  Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Design & Validation
  Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution.
  Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and status meetings to maintain project alignment and transparency.
  Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Process Improvement & Mentorship
  Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices.
  Contribute to standards, templates, and methodologies for documentation and requirements management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role required.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation standards required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria required.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation required.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and requirements traceability required.
