Job Title: Mainframe Production Support Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Holmdel, NJ / Bethlehem, PA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr

Requirement/Must Have:

1+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
1+ years of experience with DB2.
1+ years of experience with VSAM.
1+ years of experience with CICS.

Responsibilities:

Handle application support and maintenance, including all production support activities.
Monitor incidents, assign tasks, and resolve issues.
Monitor batch processes and manage defects.
Provide support metrics and reporting.
Coordinate and triage with business and IT stakeholders, including offshore and nearshore teams.
Willingness to work in shifts and extend support for weekend production deployments.
