Job Title: Lead Gen AI Engineer / Agentic AI Engineering Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Must-Have Skills

Core Engineering

Strong application development experience in Java, JSP, J2EE, ASP.NET, and C#

Backend experience with SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL)

Experience in modernizing monolithic applications to microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with ReactJS

Experience building REST APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred)

Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience leading teams in application development and managing customer expectations

AI-Assisted Engineering

Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, AI IDE tools)

Experience in prompt engineering and building agents, sub-agents, and workflows using Claude or similar platforms

Ability to guide teams in using AI for code refactoring, documentation, and testing

Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code artifacts

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

Experience with automated modernization or code migration tools

Experience with Vibe Engineering tools like Replit, Lovable, etc.

Experience

13+ years of software engineering experience

3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role
