Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IAM / IGA Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management solutions. This role is responsible for aligning identity strategies with security policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives while ensuring scalable and secure access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead IAM and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR.
Design and implement end-to-end identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Lead integration of IAM platforms with enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, LIMS, and cloud applications.
Evaluate, select, and implement IAM/IGA tools through vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and R&D to ensure effective identity governance.
Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices, including authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), federation, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
