Lead Travel Low Voltage Technician (100% Travel)

Description
We are seeking a Lead Travel Low Voltage Technician to support commercial installation projects across the United States. This individual will
act as the on-site lead, working hands-on while overseeing a small team of technicians. The ideal candidate has strong low-voltage installation
experience, leadership capability, and is motivated to convert to a permanent role after the contract period.
Responsibilities

• Lead on-site low-voltage installations for commercial projects nationwide
• Serve as the working lead for a team of 1-3 technicians
• Install, terminate, and test Cat6 cabling, fiber, coax, and related infrastructure
• Install and support:
  • Security camera and video surveillance systems
  • Structured cabling systems
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Access control panels and devices
  • Wireless access points
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Build cable pathways while avoiding electrical and structural obstructions
• Build, mount, and dress server racks
• Mount and test cameras, access points, access panels, and fire alarm hardware
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Ensure work complies with NEC and low-voltage codes
• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on site

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
