Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Project Manager with strong P&C insurance industry experience to lead business-critical technology projects. This role will focus on project execution, stakeholder coordination, Agile delivery management, and ensuring successful outcomes across insurance operations. Internal resources will support detailed user story creation.

Priority Requirements

1. Strong insurance industry experience
2. Insurance brokerage experience preferred
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong project management background
5. Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and user stories

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects across scope, timeline, risks, and delivery
• Partner with business, technical teams, and vendors
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and project milestones
• Provide leadership updates, status reporting, and issue resolution
• Support insurance process improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong insurance domain knowledge
• Experience managing cross-functional IT teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Agile / SDLC experience
• Ability to work onsite in Midtown NYC 3 days/week

Preferred

• Brokerage operations experience
• Policy admin / claims / CRM systems exposure
• PMP / Scrum certifications
