Job title: RPA Engineer with Blue Prism

Location: Austin, Texas

Duration: Short term

Responsibilities:

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Design, develop, maintain automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources.
• Perform advanced developer duties including solution design, automation development, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, infrastructure support, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement.
• Focus on robotics and document processing technologies that may include Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure, and PDF/document processing frameworks
• Responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts. The work will occur in a fast paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Required 8 years: Hands-on experience with RPA development, including at least 4 years using Blue Prism (attended and unattended bots interacting with websites)
• Required 8 years: Experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs and databases (RESTful web services and SQL databases)
• Required 8 years: Experience developing reports and/or documents from structured and unstructured data
• Required 8 years: Experience building analytics solutions using structured and unstructured data
• Preferred 4 years: Experience with Azure infrastructure, including troubleshooting
• Preferred 4 years: Experience with Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Preferred 4 years: Proficiency in Java programming
• Preferred 4 years: Experience with Power BI and SQL
• Preferred 4 years: Experience with Azure AI / Cognitive Search
• Preferred 1 year: Blue Prism Certification
• Preferred 1 year: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
