Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field,
Required Experience:
1. 8+ years of experience supporting successful, large-scale projects with multiple diverse teams;
2. 8+ years of experience using project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira) to track and manage projects.;
3. Experience in creating and presenting status reports to internal and external stakeholders;
4. Experience coordinating project teams, lead complex projects, and meet objectives;
5. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
6. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
1. Experience in change management methodologies, strategies, and implementation;
2. Experience with project management methodologies and documentation;
3. Experience in risk and issue management;
4. Experience facilitating meetings and developing clear documentation;
5. Experience managing state government projects and knowledge of Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.;
6. Experience demonstrating a take-charge, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems;
7. Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment
8. Experience in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building;
9. Team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic; and
10. Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign.
