Job Overview:
The Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant will lead development, configuration, and integration activities for the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce solutions that support product catalog, pricing, promotions, search, checkout, and order management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development, configuration, and integration activities.
- Design and implement e-commerce solutions supporting product catalog, pricing, promotions, search, checkout, and order management.
- Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI, SAP CRM, payment gateways, tax engines, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and enforce development best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, security vulnerabilities, and system availability.
- Support release planning, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
