Summary

Join a high-impact eCommerce technology team building and supporting enterprise digital commerce solutions that connect SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CPQ, and related business systems. This onsite role in Richardson, TX offers the opportunity to lead technical delivery, collaborate across global teams, and help shape scalable solutions for a complex B2B environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain solutions within SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CPQ, and integrated enterprise systems.
  • Write clean, efficient code to support user stories, improve performance, and enhance platform stability.
  • Partner with product owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical code reviews and help ensure quality standards, architecture alignment, and delivery readiness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specs, integration notes, and API references.
  • Support release management activities, including sprint ceremonies, change coordination, and deployment planning.
  • Help manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows using Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize backend services when needed.
  • Mentor backend developers and promote best practices in Java, Spring, and SAP Commerce development.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and digital capabilities.
Skills
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
  • Experience with SAP CPQ, ideally 2+ years.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including configure-to-order and engineer-to-order concepts.
  • Deep Java and Spring framework expertise, including Spring Core, MVC, Security, and Integration.
  • Experience with headless commerce architecture, including Spartacus, ReactJS, or OCC APIs.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong background in solution design for mid- to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 migration projects.
  • Full stack development experience with ReactJS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with using Claude AI or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation or workflow efficiency.
  • Experience guiding teams and contributing to technical mentoring.
