Job Overview:

Senior Architect - Lead Backend & Cloud Solutions
Responsibilities: Lead design and scaling of Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, and microservices applications.
Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with strong focus on CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
Ensure system performance, reliability, observability, and manage vendor integrations.
Mentor engineers, enforce code quality, and promote best practices.
Align technical execution with product roadmaps and business goals.

Qualifications:

12+ years in backend engineering (Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST, microservices).
Expertise in AWS cloud, Kubernetes/Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient with databases (Postgres, MySQL), Kafka streaming, and observability tools.
Proven leadership in agile teams with mentoring experience.
Skilled in managing technical dependencies, vendors, and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred:

Experience in FinTech, Auto Finance, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with ML/LLM production integration.
Involvement in product backlog and release planning.
