Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented supply chain professional to manage end-to-end finished goods planning and inventory deployment across external manufacturing partners and North America distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supply planning, production alignment, and inventory optimization using SAP and Kinaxis
Coordinate with external manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply risks
Execute deployment planning and inventory balancing across RDCs using DRP tools
Monitor service levels, stock availability, and network performance metrics
Support S&OP / S&OE planning processes and new product launches
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and demand planning teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply planning, or deployment planning
Hands-on experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or similar ERP/APO systems
Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with contract manufacturing and CPG industry
APICS / ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM)
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, or VBA
Experience supporting S&OP / IBP processes
