Job Summary
Our clients are always looking for talented IT Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C). You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Implement and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure the security of our IT systems and data, implementing best practices and responding to security incidents.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT and insurance industries.
Must-Haves
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.
Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Property and Casualty (P&C).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of insurance-specific software and systems.
A bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
