Work Location: Role is onsite with the POTENTIAL for hybrid work once the resource is well acclimated - ratio of onsite/remote days will be at the manager's discretion.
Candidate location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. All travel-related costs for onsite work will be the responsibility of the resource no matter the frequency of onsite work.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
Project Management Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates
Manage cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.
Facilitate work sessions to validate scope, requirements, and deliverables; maintain alignment with sponsors and stakeholders
Identify risks and issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies
Support procurement processes as needed (RFPs, SOWs, vendor oversight) consistent with state and Admin procurement standard
Ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records management standards, and project governance frameworks
Business Analysis Responsibilities
Lead structured requirements elicitation including interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis
Document clear, testable requirements: business, functional, nonfunctional, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows; quantify KPIs and business value.
Translate requirements into solution designs in collaboration with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams.
Evaluate build-vs-buy options and support creation of diagrams, models, and integration patterns when required.
Change Management & Adoption
Develop change management and communication plans.
Coordinate UAT, cutover activities, readiness planning, and post-launch support.
Support adoption using metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement loops
