Summary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of relevant experience building solutions using Salesforce platform or equivalent.
Significant professional experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL).
Demonstrated experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Demonstrated experience with business process analysis and solution design, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and evaluating standard configuration versus custom development approaches.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governance, security model, and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
Prior experience working in higher education.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and data manipulation.
