Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale SAP architecture initiatives for large global environments. This role requires deep expertise across SAP technologies, S/4HANA transformations, integrations, cloud architecture, performance optimization, and enterprise technical strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader capable of owning end-to-end SAP technical architecture, guiding cross-functional teams, and partnering directly with enterprise leadership, CIOs, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and own the complete SAP technical architecture landscape across enterprise environments
Drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration programs
Design scalable integrations between SAP and non-SAP platforms
Architect and optimize SAP environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Provide technical leadership across SAP Basis, development, middleware, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams
Lead SAP cloud modernization initiatives including SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform integrations
Develop enterprise integration strategies using APIs, middleware, SAP PI/PO, CPI, and related technologies
Identify and resolve complex technical, migration, and infrastructure challenges
Establish governance, best practices, automation standards, and technical roadmaps
Collaborate with enterprise architects, business leadership, and global delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of SAP technical experience with strong architecture leadership background
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations
Strong expertise in SAP Basis, SAP architecture, system integrations, and middleware technologies
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI/PI/PO, Fiori, HANA, and cloud platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, high availability, and disaster recovery
Experience leading large enterprise/global SAP programs
Expertise in performance tuning, system optimization, and migration strategies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments and lead distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

SAP architecture certifications preferred
Experience with multi-cloud SAP deployments
Exposure to DevOps, automation, and enterprise integration frameworks
Prior consulting or enterprise transformation experience is highly preferred
