Role: C/c++ Software Engineer

Core Responsibilities:
Design & Development Write, debug, and maintain modern C++ code for secure processing applications. Develop and sustain legacy codebases used across multiple projects. Implement low-level C/C++ for bare-metal and RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS, VxWorks).
Embedded & Firmware Integration Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with microcontrollers, ASICs, and FPGA subsystems (Xilinx, PolarFire). Produce firmware, drivers, and hardware-abstraction layers for mission-critical platforms.
CI/CD & Build Automation Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to streamline builds, tests, and deployments. Use build systems such as CMake or Make; script automation with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Quality & Compliance Enforce coding standards (MISRA C/C++, C++ Core Guidelines). Conduct peer reviews, unit-testing (GoogleTest), and maintain comprehensive test suites.
Documentation & Communication Create clear design documents, interface specifications, and maintenance guides. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across cross-functional teams.
