About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced M365 Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This position combines hands-on engineering work with frequent client interaction. You will design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions while collaborating directly with customers through daily video calls, workshops, and project updates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical side of M365 and the client-facing aspects of consulting.
What You'll Do- Lead the deployment, configuration, and migration of Microsoft 365 services in client environments.
- Deliver solutions across collaboration, communication, and cloud productivity platforms within the M365 ecosystem.
- Meet with clients regularly through video calls to gather requirements, present progress, and provide technical guidance.
- Develop automated workflows, apps, and dashboards using the Power Platform to streamline business processes.
- Implement best practices around identity, governance, compliance, and security within the M365 tenant.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and support clients throughout project delivery.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Requirements What You'll Bring- 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft 365 solutions within consulting, professional services, or MSP environments.
- Strong knowledge of core M365 services, including collaboration tools, cloud storage, and cloud-based email platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of M365 administration, security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with clients on daily video calls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in project-driven environments.
- Bonus experience with Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, PowerShell, or previous consulting roles.
