Overview
Google Fiber s CE Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise churn analysis during a temporary leave coverage. This role is highly hands-on and focused on building data pipelines, structured tables, and dashboards in Google s cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines in BigQuery

• Create well-documented data tables for churn and customer analytics

• Develop Looker dashboards and reports based on business requirements

• Rebuild legacy reporting into the Google Cloud Platform data environment

• Perform ad-hoc, granular churn analysis at account and timestamp level

• Collaborate with BI teams to source and refine datasets

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL (Google SQL or closely related dialect).

• Hands-on BigQuery experience.

• Hands-on Looker dashboard development.

• Experience working with large-scale, granular datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISP / Telecom or subscription-based business experience.

• Strong data visualization judgment.

• Churn, retention, or customer analytics exposure.
